What is there to know?
- The route may vary depending on weather conditions
- Shoes with heels or wooden soles (e.g. clogs) are prohibited as they could damage the vessel.
- Pets not allowed
- The customer must arrive on site 10 minutes before departure. If the customer is late, the vessel will leave the port no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time or failing to show up will be considered a no-show.

Cancellation policies
- 24 hours before departure
- 100% penalty for cancellations within 24 hours of service or no-shows. No partial refunds are available.
- In case of rain, we will cancel and refund the service. Please note that if the weather is unpredictable and the vessel is caught in bad weather during navigation, no refunds will be made for an early return.
